Online applications are now closed

Fall students! If you missed the fall deadline, your next opportunity to apply will be next fall term. The fall application period was from September 18th, 2024 to September 27th, 2024.

Enroll Applications

Submit your health and/or dental enroll application before the deadline.

Winter Application Period

January 20th, 2025 to January 31st, 2025 at 4:00 PM

Make sure to submit your form by January 31st as the online form will be accessible only to eligible students who have lost comparable coverage.

Enrollment Eligibility

There are 3 circumstances in which students may be enrolled: (1) when they are enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits but fewer than 6 credits, (2) when they are new winter students enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits, (3) when they opted out and are starting the fall term, or (4) when they are within 30 days of losing their coverage.

How to Enroll

To apply to Enroll, you must be opted out of the Student Benefits Plan, meet the Enrollment eligibility criteria, are eligible for the Student Benefits Plan, and complete the online form before the applicable term deadline.

Student Health and Dental Fees:

These are the fees to enroll in the Student Benefits Plan. If an application is approved, the student receives an email with instructions to pay the assessed fees.

Semester Health and Dental fees
Fall $450.50
Winter $397.50
  • These are the current enrollment fees. However, the fees are subject to change without notice.
  • The enrollment fees cover you until August 31st.
Things to consider:
  • All eligible students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health and Dental Plan and do not need to submit an opt-in form. You will see the Health and Dental Plan Fee on your student account to confirm you are enrolled.
  • There is a 45-60-day validation period from the start of the semester. During this time, you would have to pay out of pocket for all eligible Health and Dental expenses and keep the receipts. After the enrollment process is complete, you will be able to submit online claims for reimbursement and your Plan Card will be automatically activated.
  • Approval of the Student Benefits Plan enrollment application will result in the Health Insurance Fee and/or the Dental Insurance Fee being assessed on your student account.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS will be made if the application or payment is missed. It is the student's responsibility to check their emails regarding the status of the application or deadlines.
  • Once you complete the enrollment form, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Please keep this email for your records as it is your only proof of submitting a Re-Enroll or Opt-In request.
