Book an appointment and present your Benefit Cards to get immediate coverage, only paying for the portion not covered.

Submit Claims

If your service provider is not set up for direct billing, the online claims process is the quickest and easiest way to get reimbursed for eligible expenses.

Validation Period

The effective date of your plan is the first day of the month in which your program begins. However, there is a 45-day period from the beginning of the term for new enrollments. During this time, you pay out of pocket for all eligible expenses and keep the receipts to submit your claims.
