To correctly use your Student Benefits Plan, you must follow these steps:

Review your student account fee statement and search for the KSA Ext. Health Plan and KSA Ext Dental Plan fees to confirm you are covered by the Student Benefits Plan.

If your service provider is not set up for direct billing, the online claims process is the quickest and easiest way to get reimbursed for eligible expenses.

Validation Period

The effective date of your plan is the first day of the month in which your program begins. However, there is a 45-day period from the beginning of the term for new enrollments. During this time, you pay out of pocket for all eligible expenses and keep the receipts to submit your claims once the validation period is complete.
