Student Health and Wellness! mystudentplan provides health, prescriptions, dental, mental health care plus additional benefits for eligible students.

Deadline example. If the official start date of your programs is September 6th, you may submit online forms before October 6th.
Withdraw from the Student Benefits Plan if you are covered by a comparable insurance from parents, spouse, work, government, or band and do not wish to Coordinate Benefits.
Extend your Student Benefits Plan to include your dependents, providing them with the same Health and Dental benefits. Additional charges must be paid using a VISA or Mastercard credit card or a VISA Debit card.
Re-Enroll in the Student Benefits Plan if you previously opted out, have lost your comparable insurance coverage and are still eligible for the plan.
Online Forms Deadline Submit your online Family Add-On, Opt-Out, or Opt-In applications within 30 days from the start date of your program.
Plan Card Registration Form Register for your Plan Card and use it where direct billing to Canada Life is available.
Prescription Search Tool Find out if your prescription drugs are covered by the student plan.
Plan Claims Learn more about submitting online or manual claims to get your refund.
