Fall students! If you missed the fall deadline, your next opportunity to apply will be next fall term. The fall application period was from August 1st, 2024 to September 18th, 2024.
Winter 2025: The online applications will open on December 1st, 2024, and the application deadline is January 25th, 2025. This deadline is only for new students starting their studies in the winter term. Fall students submitting applications during the winter term will be denied.

Withdraw from the Student Benefits Plan if you already have health and dental coverage.

If your service provider is not set up for direct billing, the online claims process is the quickest and easiest way to get reimbursed for eligible expenses.
The effective date of your plan is the first day of the month in which your program begins. However, there is a 45-day period from the beginning of the term for new enrollments. During this time, you pay out of pocket for all eligible expenses and keep the receipts to submit your claims once the validation period is complete.
