Online applications are now closed

Fall students! If you missed the fall deadline, your next opportunity to apply will be the next fall term. The fall application period was for programs starting on August 1st: from August 1st, 2024, to August 20th, 2024, and for programs starting on September 1st: from August 1st, 2024, to September 25th, 2024.

RE-Enroll Applications

Submit your health and/or dental re-enroll application before the deadline.

Winter Application Period

December 1st, 2024 to January 20th, 2025

Make sure to submit your form by January 20th as the online form will be accessible only to eligible students who have lost comparable coverage.

Re-Enroll Eligibility

There are 2 circumstances in which students who opted Out of the Student Health and Dental Plan may Re-Enroll: (1) when they opted out of the Student Benefits Plan and are enrolled on the anniversary of starting an eligible full-time program, and (2) when they have lost comparable Health and Dental coverage.

How to Re-Enroll

To apply to Re-Enroll, you must be opted out of the Student Benefits Plan, meet the re-enroll eligibility criteria, are eligible for the Student Benefits Plan, and complete the online form before the applicable deadline.

Things to consider:
  • All eligible students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health and Dental Plan and do not need to submit an opt-in form. You will see the Health and Dental Plan fees on your student account to confirm you are enrolled.
  • If you do not meet the eligibility criteria to be automatically enrolled in the student plan, please do not complete this form. There is no opt-in to the student plan.
  • Students choosing to re-enroll in the Health, the dental or both plans.
  • Approval of the Student Benefits Plan re-enrollment application will result in the Health Plan Fee and/or the Dental Plan Fee being assessed. You will receive an email informing you how to pay the fees.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS will be made if the application or payment is missed. It is the student's responsibility to check their emails regarding the status of the application or deadlines.
  • Once you complete the Re-enroll form, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Please keep this email for your records as it is your only proof of submitting a Re-enroll request.
