Your mental health should always be a priority! mywellness provides students with specific tools, resources and support to achieve the student life and mental health balance. Students have access to a free and anonymous Mental Health Assessment, Video Counselling at great rates, Financial Education, and a number of other resources.
Taking the first step towards better Mental Health can be intimidating, but students can feel at ease when taking the free, anonymous, and confidential mywellnessplan Mental Health assessment.
Sign up by typing your email address and then clicking on the send verification code button.
Look up an email from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com and copy the code to finish the registration.
Go to the sign-up page previously opened, type the verification code, and create a password to access your account.
Click on the Start Assessment link and complete the questionaire. Your assessment will be saved in your profile.
The mywellnessplan Mental Health Assessment is a great first step in understanding your Mental Health and learning how to improve and maintain your Mental Health and well-being.
The results can then be shared with the student’s practitioner or saved for viewing later; the results will also provide some coping suggestions and tools for the student.
