The BCIT system automatically adds the fee if the student is eligible for the plan and the BCITSA Benefits Plan office executes a manual process to remove the fee from those students who have the ActiveWaiver on file. Once the process is run, the fee is removed from the student's tuition. This process is not run immediately after the student has been charged for the term tuition. The office executes the process within 2 or 3 business days after the student is charged. Please review your statement of account to confirm that it has not been charged.
