September 1st, 2025

Canada Life services will be discontinued. Stay informed of upcoming changes and the necessary next steps.

Access to Account

  • You will no longer be able to access your account through the Canada Life app or web portal.
  • Canada Life benefits cards will no longer be valid for direct billing.

What You Need to Do

  • Create a new account on our upgraded Benefits Management Platform.
  • Use the new platform to submit claims and access your digital benefit cards.

Claims and Submissions

  • Your claims history will be securely transferred and accessible through the new system.
  • All claims, including any eligible expenses incurred before September 1st, 2025, must be submitted through the new platform.

Current active students can pre-register to explore the new Benefits Management Platform. Claim submissions begin on September 1st, 2025. Pre-registration is currently not available for new students.

Register Account

Enter the plan information and account details. Ensure that your date of birth and last name match the school records. Follow the instructions to create your login credentials, and then click the register button.

  • Group Number:
    Select an option to see the information.
  • Certificate Number: Student ID number without letters and leading zeros.

Confirm your Email Address

Check your email account for a message from certificate_noreply@adjudicarestage.ca that contains the security code needed to complete your registration.

If you did not receive the message, please verify the email address displayed in the pop-up window, check your junk email folder, or contact us at 1-866-586-1010.

Download your Benefit Cards for direct billing from the new Benefits Management Platform.

The previous Benefits Card generated on our website is no longer valid.

Book an appointment and present your Benefit Cards to get instant coverage, only paying for the portion not covered.

Submit Claims

If your service provider is not set up for direct billing, the online claims process is the quickest and easiest way to get reimbursed for eligible expenses.

Your Canada Life account will not be active after August 31st, 2025 and you cannot log in or create an account on the Canada Life website. Starting September 1st, 2025, all your claims history will be moved, and you will manage your benefits from the new Benefits Management Platform.
